Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered under the same name as the jilluu account. jilluu does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed where: (a) the account has not completed KYC verification; (b) the account is under investigation for breach of these Terms; (c) bonus wagering requirements attached to the withdrawn balance have not been met; or (d) the transaction is flagged as potentially suspicious under jilluu's AML obligations.

Wagering Requirements: Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

Game results are determined at the moment the round is concluded on jilluu's game servers. The outcome displayed to the player is binding and final. Disconnection Policy: If a player experiences a disconnection during an active game round, jilluu's game server will resolve the round according to the applicable game rules. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
